Admission Cancellation Policy

Summer Splash Aqua Park does not issue refunds or credits for general ticket cancellations. However, we will make every effort to reschedule your visit based on availability.

Cabana Rentals:

• To receive a refund for a cabana rental, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled date.
• Eligible cancellations will receive a full refund minus a $20 booking fee.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the reservation date are non-refundable.

Weather Policy

Summer Splash Aqua Park remains open during most weather conditions. However, in the event of thunderstorms or extreme winds, certain activities may be suspended or the park may close for safety reasons.

General Tickets:

• No refunds are issued due to weather.
• If the park closes due to thunder, lightning, or extreme winds, and guests are unable to participate for at least 50% of the scheduled time, a return credit will be issued.
• Guests must request the credit in person at the on-site ticket booth on the day of the closure. Requests made after the day of the closure will not be accepted.

Cabana Rentals (Weather-Related):

• Credit requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the affected reservation.
• If the cabana was used for more than 50% of the reserved time, no credit will be issued.
• If used for less than 50%, a 50% credit will be provided.
• If the cabana was not used at all, a full credit minus a $20 booking fee will be granted.
