Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Summer Splash Aqua Park. Please read our refund terms carefully:
Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel your booking as follows:
Time Before Visit – Refund Policy
48 hours or more – Full Refund
24–48 hours – 50% Refund
Less than 24 hours – No refund
Example: If you cancel 72 hours before your visit, you receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before, refunds are not available.
Cancellation by Us
We may cancel bookings due to:
- Extreme weather Lightening or high wind. Rainstorms do con qualify. If lightening or high winds occur while the park is open. If your time has started and is half way over. There is no refund or rain check. If weather does occur during the session, we will clear the water and wait 30 minutes after the last lightening strike or the storm moves from the 7 mile radius. If the weather does don't clear, you are allowed to reschedule to a later date. Refunds due to weather are to Summer Splash Aqua Parks discretion.

If cancelled by us, you will receive:
- Full Refund will be assessed by the park manager OR
- Rescheduling Option at no extra cost
How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
It may take 5–7 business days for banks to complete the refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be issued for:
- No-shows
- Partial attendance
- Change of mind after arrival
Chargebacks
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks where services were delivered as agreed.
