At Summer Splash Aqua Park, we primarily offer digital tickets and on-site entertainment services. Please review our return policy below.

1. Digital Tickets & Online Bookings

All tickets purchased through our website are issued digitally via email or SMS confirmation.

Because these are digital services:

  • Tickets cannot be physically returned.
  • Once a ticket is issued, it is considered delivered.
  • Any cancellation or refund request will be handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Physical Items (If Applicable)

If merchandise (e.g., merchandise, swim accessories, food vouchers) is purchased directly at the park:

  • Items must be returned within 1 hour of purchase
  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original receipt is required
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Food & beverages
  • Used swimwear or personal items
  • Promotional or discounted items

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Report the issue within 2 hours of Purchase.
  • Provide proof of purchase
  • Our team will review and offer replacement or refund if applicable

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within:

5–7 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
