1. Digital Tickets & Online Bookings
All tickets purchased through our website are issued digitally via email or SMS confirmation.
Because these are digital services:
- Tickets cannot be physically returned.
- Once a ticket is issued, it is considered delivered.
- Any cancellation or refund request will be handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Physical Items (If Applicable)
If merchandise (e.g., merchandise, swim accessories, food vouchers) is purchased directly at the park:
- Items must be returned within 1 hour of purchase
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original receipt is required
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
The following items are non-returnable:
- Food & beverages
- Used swimwear or personal items
- Promotional or discounted items
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Report the issue within 2 hours of Purchase.
- Provide proof of purchase
- Our team will review and offer replacement or refund if applicable
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within:
5–7 business days
